Salient Features

High speed Stenter machine, with non lubricate / lubricate chain with very low maintenance.

Chamber are closed circut air flow system, with 125mm thick insulation (150mm thick insulaton on request) for minimum the heat loss. Hence higher production.

Heavy duty inclined 3 bowl padding mangle with all rolls of rubber coating, ensures even pick-up ot chemical to fabric

Electro - mechnical bow & weft strainghtening device mounted at the inlet desk for easy & tension less operation.

Perfect fabric guiding system for pining or clipping the fabric at the inlet desk, like uncutur assembly. Pin on brush, intra red sensor's, etc.

Perfect fabric cooling zone with balance & even air flow on the fabric, ensures cooled fabric.

For heavy fabric additional cooling cylinder's are provided on request.
