Dhall's Open width Washing ranges are tailor-made and custom built to individual customer needs and are suitable for treating all types and weights of woven and knit fabrics i.e. cottton, cellulose rayon, viscose, synthetics and their blends. Water Blade Drum Washer

Dhall's water blade washing compartment allows design of washing ranges suitable either as washer for printed, dyed fabrics or practically any application.
Relax Conveyor Washer
Ideally suitable for applications for relaxing, removal of thickeners and weaving oils etc.
Dhall's Relax Conveyor Washer is of 150/300 meters capacity, fabric content is ideally suitable for applications for relaxing, for efficient removal of thickeners, weaving oils etc.

We guarantee single passage washing of reactive printed or dyed fabrics in open width. All washing ranges are built from chemical resistant quality stainless steel i.e: AISI-316.

- A.C. invertor drive in place of multi motor D.C. drive.

- Drying systems like cylinder driers, float drier of any other drying system installed in line and perfectly synchronised.

- Scray withdraw NIP for continuous operation during batch changeover.
- Water management system each set comprising of flow meter, throttle valve and automatic inlet valve which automatically shuts off water supply as soon as machine stops.
