Foam Denim Finishing Range
Energy space saving and environment friendly finishing and shrinking of the Denim fabric with highest quality standard achieved.

Moisture along with various finishing agent are applied with foam, of foam generator. The foam is laid on the rubber conveyor, evenly across the width on the conveyor by oscillating feed pipe system. Doctor blade ensures uniform layer of foam across width, which is sucked uniformly by vacuum pump, Hence ensures, uniform pick - up on the width & length of the fabric.

Anti skew unit is provided with heavy duty motors, along with nip to ensure correct skew in the fabric, before shrinking.

Entire range is totally PLC controlled with touch screen and automatic control of all process parameters.

Fabric width : 600 to 1800 mm.
Service lines for steam, air and water along with condensate line for entire range.
Drive : Ac invertor.
