Salient Features

Fully automatic plant operated by PLC with touch Screen.
Complete auto dosing for five chemicals.
Auto tern, controllers & auto level controllers.
E+L Stainless steel centering device at the outlet or combi steamer. (Optional)
Steam conditioning station for combi sleamer.
Dhall - Reisky hydraulic deflector controlled roll finishing padder for uniform moisture & high squeeze before chemical impregnator.
Each washing with bottom rolls running in bearings with mechanical seals.
Each washing tank with special design top rolls alternatively driven by separate A.C. motor tension control or direct Motor.
Large 200 mm dia stainless steel guide rolls in entire range for absolutely creaseless run of the fabric.
All service lines fro steam, water, condensate air etc. with cat walk.
E+L - KF 20 Pneumatic cloth guiders.
Drying range of special design with sandwich belt drive, or individual motor gearbox on each cylinder etc. machine designed for absolutely creaseless run.
Entire machine equipped with A.C. frequency inverters drive system.

Auto Chemical Dosing

Reisky -dhall finishing padder with top roll hydraulic deflection controlled guarantees even & uniform squeeze across the entire width before chemical impregnation. Also ensure high squeeze of water from fabric.

Fully automatic & recipe driven chemical dosing system for five chemicals is provided with dhall's bleaching ranges. Chemical dosing pumps from prominent or equallent along with flow meters ensure perfect dosing of chemicals into the side tank of the applicator. Water in feed is controlled by level controller. Circulating pump constantly feeds these chemicals into the applicator all the time machine is in operation & works in closed loop system.

Washing Range & Cylinder Drier

Dhall manufacturers world Class cylinder driers, Dhall is an approved supplier of cylinder drier to be coupled to leading European machinery manufacturers ranges.

Cylinder drier are supplied with individual motor drive to each cylinder or sandwich belt drive system.

Each cylinder is equipped with individual steam trap assembly comprising of steam trap, non-return valve & strainer on each cylinder for condensate removal.

Steamer

Steamer is totally manufactured from stainless steel of suitable grade to with stand conditions in side the steamer. At the inlet to the steamer horizontal passage of the fabric is provided followed by vertical tight strand. Fabric is plaited on to roller conveyor bed comprising of stainless steel guide rolls. Each guide roll is positively driven. Steam conditioning station is provided to supply steam of precise conditions to the steamer.
