Dhall compressive shrinking range machine is suitable to handle 100% cotton, rayon, polyester. Lycra & blended fabrics in open width knit form. Machine is suitable to impart 16% shrinking on single run. Laying of fabric along with soft feel & Luster improve.

Features :

• Feeding ol fabric with fabric centering device.
  
• Suitable number of positively driven scroll roll for edge opening of fabric.
  
• Steaming cylinder are positively driven with auto on/off valve for steam.
  
• Rubber cylinder is of stainless steel of 610mm diameter.
  
• Rubber tension & pressure rolls can be motorised on request.
  
• Felt calender main dram is jacketed of 1500 mm diameter with felt drying drum of 750 mm diameter.
  
• Below the fell calendar conveyor bell is provided for easy transportation of fabric.
  
• Felt calender main drum of 800mm diameter on request for smaller capacity.
  
• Piailer assembly is driven separately by gear motor on two wooden winch provided to draw fabric.
