Compressive Shrinking range - Fully Automatic Model

Dhall compressive shrinking range machine is suitable to handle 100% cotton, viscose. Polyester & blended fabrics. Compressive shrinking range machine can handle fabric in batch to batch form with all the automatic controls like shrinkage controls, temperature control, moisture adding & control, along with the cooling of fabric at the delivery before batching. For continuous operation of batch change over the stainless steel scrays are provided at the inlet & outlet of adequate fabric holding capacity.

• Felt calender main cylinder is jacketed of 2000mm dia with felt drying drum of 1000mm diameter respectively.
  
• Cooling cylinder of jacketed design is installed alter felt calender to cool the fabric before batching.
  
• Static eliminator is provide at the outlet.
  
• Auto fabric tension with pneumatic cylinder & its controls provided at the scray assemblies.
  
• Pneumatic cylinder operated brakes for top guide roll are provided at the inlet &outlet of the machine.
  
• Temperature measuring and control system is provided for :
  - Rubber belt unit main cylinder.
  - Felt calender unit main cylinder.
• Pneumatic compensator assembles provided at scray. before rubber belt unit, before felt calender unit, before scray unit at delivery for auto synchronisation of machine. Plaiter assembly as well as batching device are provided at the outlet.
