The Concept :

Dhall Mercerising Machines have been built incorporating vast experience of more than 45 years of building machines. In addition the new machines also take into consideration the latest & new findings of hot morcerisation. wet on wet mercerising, cold mercerising etc.

Mercerising process is essential for high quality pretreatment. consumption of dyestuff can be reduced by 30% evenness in dyeing is improved and a greater brilliance is achieved. Improved luster, strength and dimension stability and handle of the fabric.

Mercerising is to be understood as process for cotton fabric tension treatment with caustic soda 48 - 52' Twaddel /28; - 32' Be NaOH (270 - 330 gpl caustic soda) at 45 to 50 seconds dwelling time & 30 seconds for hot mercerising.
